We provide construction services as outlined in the signed contract or proposal. Any additional services must be requested in writing and may incur additional charges.

2. Estimates and Payments

• All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. Final costs may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in project scope.

• A payment schedule will be detailed in the contract, and timely payments are required to avoid delays.

3. Project Timelines

We aim to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Changes to the Project

Any changes to the original project scope must be documented and approved in writing. Additional charges may apply.

5. Warranties and Liability

• We provide a warranty for our workmanship as outlined in the contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or defects caused by third-party contractors, natural disasters, or misuse of completed work.

6. Permits and Compliance

We will obtain the necessary permits for the project unless otherwise agreed upon. Nextera is responsible for ensuring the project complies with local zoning and property regulations.

7. Safety and Site Access

• We prioritize safety on all job sites. Nextera must ensure the site is accessible and free from obstructions.

• Unauthorized individuals are not allowed on the job site without prior approval.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if within reason. The Client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and proprietary methods confidential unless required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, they will be subject to binding arbitration under local laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria Building Association.
